We require a 12-month commitment for all memberships. While we will handle cancellations or pauses on a case-by-case basis, the contract is designed to be completed in full over 12 months.

5. Do unused credits roll over?

Members are allowed to use any unused credits within 13 months from the issue date, provided they remain an active member. To encourage a sense of ownership and urgency, please note that the perks will expire. All benefits must be utilized within the 13-month timeframe.
