As Co-Owner of Sano Med Spa, Erica is passionate about helping every client feel informed, confident, and excited about their transformation. She believes the best results begin with listening well, understanding each client's goals, and creating a personalized treatment plan that reflects their unique needs.
With a degree in Radiologic Technology and advanced certification in Sano's aesthetic technologies, Erica specializes in comprehensive consultations, fractional laser treatments, and body contouring. She has completed extensive advanced training—including more than 400 hours dedicated to Sano's fractional laser platform—and is committed to continually refining her expertise to provide clients with safe, effective, and exceptional care.
Together with her husband, CJ, Erica founded Sano Med Spa with a vision of creating a luxury medical spa where honesty, kindness, and clinical excellence come together. She has helped shape nearly every aspect of the Sano experience—from designing the Club Sano membership program and educational events to developing the consultation experience and many of the practice's client resources. Every detail reflects her commitment to creating an environment where clients feel welcomed, valued, and completely cared for.
Before founding Sano, Erica spent nearly two decades as an award-winning, internationally published portrait photographer and educator. Her experience photographing hundreds of women cultivated a deep appreciation for natural beauty, facial balance, and the confidence that comes from helping people see the very best version of themselves.
Whether meeting with a client for their first consultation or guiding them through their treatment journey, Erica's greatest passion is helping people become healthier, more confident, and empowered—remaining Dedicated to Your Transformation every step of the way.

Co-Founder / Director of Operations
As Co-Founder of Sano Med Spa, CJ is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every client by ensuring the practice operates with excellence behind the scenes. While Erica leads the client experience, CJ oversees the operational foundation that allows Sano to deliver the level of service, professionalism, and consistency clients have come to expect.
With more than 23 years of executive leadership experience and a Master's Degree in Business Leadership, CJ brings a passion for building strong teams, developing efficient systems, and creating a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and genuine care. From strategic planning and business operations to vendor relationships, technology investments, staffing, and financial stewardship, he is committed to ensuring every aspect of Sano reflects the highest standards of quality.
Together, CJ and Erica founded Sano Med Spa with a shared vision of creating more than just a medical spa—they wanted to build a place where clients feel genuinely cared for, receive honest guidance, and experience exceptional results in a beautiful, luxurious environment.
Although many of CJ's contributions happen behind the scenes, his commitment is evident in every detail of the Sano experience. As SANO’s Lead Nurse and Aesthetic Injector, Nann specializes in Botox and dermal fillers and plays an integral role in our GLP-1 medical weight-loss program, providing personalized care and support throughout each patient’s journey. Known for her genuine empathy and ability to truly listen, Nann takes time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals, creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.
Hannah Dow
Office Manager | Operations Coordinator
As the face of SANO’s front desk, Hannah is often the first person our clients speak with and a key part of the exceptional experience we strive to provide. With a degree in physical therapy and years of hospitality experience, she brings warmth, organization, and incredible attention to detail to everything she does. From coordinating medication orders and client records to keeping our leadership team on track, Hannah has a remarkable ability to remember the details and individual needs of our clients, ensuring they feel known and well cared for every time they visit.
